Senior Quality Systems Associate

BIOVECTRA Inc. has an opening for a Senior Quality Systems Associate This is an 18-month term position located in Charlottetown, PEI.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the Incident Investigation/Events and CAPA project with migration to new EQMS including acting as Process Owner, creating URS and project plans, and leading stakeholder meetings.
• Creating new procedures and work instructions.
• Developing and delivering training content.
• Participating in internal and external audits.

The successful candidate for this position should have:

• Post-Secondary Education.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field an asset.
• Five years of experience working in pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar industry.
• Experience in the design and implementation of quality management systems specifically incident investigation and CAPA programs.
• Knowledge of cGMPs, FDA and Health Canada pharmaceutical regulations for API's.
• Proficient communicator, both written and oral.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• High attention to detail, excellent decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
