Tasks
Supervise and coordinate accounting activities: accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll.
Ensure the maintenance of accounting records and adherence to deadlines.
Oversee the month-end and year-end financial processes.
Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements.
Manage cash flow and bank accounts.
Participate in the development and monitoring of the annual budget, analyze variances, and propose corrective measures.
Provide accurate financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial information.
Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations (government reports, audits, insurance, etc.).
Coordinate the annual external audit and prepare the required documentation.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting.
CPA designation.
5 years of experience in accounting, including at least 3 years in personnel management.
Experience in the construction sector (a major asset).
Proficiency in French (essential) and functional level of English.
