Tasks
Oversee and monitor project-based accounting.
Prepare and analyze financial statements.
Supervise accounts payable and receivable.
Perform month-end closures and analyze financial variances.
Ensure the management and integrity of accounting data and systems.
Manage multiple management companies under the same entity.
Optimize and structure financial and accounting processes.
Ensure compliance with current accounting and tax standards.
Prepare financial reports for management.
Collaborate with external auditors and financial institutions.
Be responsible for IT services and Internet infrastructure.
Prepare various government reports.
Serve as the main contact with various organizations.
Implement and improve internal controls.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
Experience in the construction industry (a major asset).
Knowledge of an ERP system (an asset).
