We are looking for a Technical Assistant to join our team in our Brossard office!

As a Technical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support in our fast-paced environment, ensuring that all documents are issued, and all data is input in a manner that services the clients and reflects favorably on the company.

Your Day as a Technical Assistant

• Create documents and maintains client files.
• Issue policies, endorsements and amendments.
• Accurately process invoices, quotes, letters PDF creation, financing contracts, endorsements and other documents as needed.
• Issue certificates.
• Send correspondence as required.
• Follow established procedures related to all non-verbal and repetitive administrative and processing tasks.
• Coordinate new and renewal broker licenses for the team.
• Miscellaneous duties and special projects as required.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Experience in a similar position, preferably in the insurance industry.
• College diploma (DEC).
• Knowledge of EPIC, an asset.
• Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and in English as the candidate will be required to interact in English with stakeholders (colleagues and clients) outside Quebec.
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
