Activités principales :

Relève du directeur, Planification et analyse financières, le/la Chef(fe) des activités financières-Vaccins, Planification et analyse financières pour la santé humaine, est responsable, sans s'y limiter:

• De tous les aspects de la planification et de l'analyse financières, des évaluations financières et de l'établissement de rapports financiers (en collaboration avec les Services financiers) pour le domaine qu'il/elle soutient.

• Fournir des conseils financiers (planification/analyse/budgétisation) concernant les activités opérationnelles en cours et les rapports de gestion.

• Fournir des conseils pertinents à la l'entreprise, met en évidence les risques et les opportunités pour la haute direction en ce qui concerne les questions financières afin de faciliter leur processus décisionnel et de planification, conformément aux objectifs financiers de la division. Ceci comprend la coordination et l'assurance de l'intégrité des plans financiers, des rapports et des renseignements connexes présentés à la société.

• Traite avec les employés et la direction à tous les niveaux afin de trouver les meilleures solutions aux problèmes financiers et commerciaux.

• Se familiariser avec les enjeux et les défis de la division, ainsi qu'avec les développements comptables, évaluer l'impact sur les plans et les prévisions, évaluer en profondeur et contester objectivement les possibilités d'investissement et les propositions, et comprendre les besoins en information pour prendre des décisions commerciales judicieuses.

Expérience et qualifications souhaitables :

• Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires - Finances/comptabilité requis (MBA est un avantage)

• Qualification de CPA ou autre qualification similaire est un avantage

• Minimum de sept années d'expérience en planification financière

• Bonne connaissance des concepts et compétences comptables

• Français requis, anglais nécessaire pour travailler avec des parties prenantes locales, régionales et mondiales.

• La connaissance des produits pharmaceutiques, de l'industrie pharmaceutique et des profils de produits concurrentiels sera considérée comme un atout

• Solide sens des affaires et connaissance approfondie des évaluations et analyses financières.

• Solides compétences en gestion de projet, en organisation et capacité à travailler et à diriger dans un environnement d'équipe et d'affaires.

• Compétences supérieures à la moyenne en matière de planification financière, de budgétisation, d'analyse et de rapport.

• Capacité de négocier et d'influencer à tous les niveaux de l'entreprise, en particulier avec la haute direction, y compris les partenaires commerciaux.

• Gestion des données : extraire de multiples sources internes et externes, synthétiser et exploiter en vue d'une image cohérente.

• Solide connaissance des applications SAP, BPC, LPT et Office.

• Capacité à communiquer clairement, tant de vive voix que par écrit.

• Excellent sens de la conformité et expérience.

• Connaissance des PCGR américains et canadiens.

• Proactif et autonome

Primary Activities:

Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis, the Finance Business Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis for Human Health, is responsible but not limited to:

• All aspects of financial planning and analysis, financial evaluations, and financial reporting (in conjunction with Financial Services) for the area he/she supports.

• Provides financial guidance (planning/analysis/budgeting) concerning ongoing business activities and management reporting.

• Provides relevant business advice, highlights risks and opportunities to senior management with regards to financial matters to aid in their decision making and planning process, in alignment with divisional financial objectives. This includes coordinating and ensuring the integrity of the divisional financial plans, reports and related information submitted to corporate.

• Deals with employees and management at all levels in seeking the best solutions to a wide variety of financial and business issues.

• Becomes thoroughly familiar with divisional issues and challenges, as well as accounting developments, to assess the impact on the plans and forecasts and to thoroughly assess and objectively challenge investment opportunities and proposals and understand the information requirements for sound business decisions

Desirable Background Experience and Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Administration - Finance/Accounting required (MBA is an advantage)

• Qualified Chartered Account CPA, or similar qualification is an advantage

• Minimum seven years of related financial planning experience

• Good knowledge of accounting concepts and skills

• French required, English needed to work with local, regional, and global stakeholders

• Background knowledge of pharmaceutical products, the pharmaceutical industry and competitive product profiles will be considered an asset

Skills:

Primary skills include but are not limited to:

• Strong business acumen & knowledge in financial evaluations and analysis

• Strong project management, organizational skills, and ability to work and lead in a team and business environment

• Above average financial planning, budgeting, analytical and reporting skills

• Capacity to negotiate and influence at all levels of the company and particularly with Senior Management including business partners

• Data management: extract from multiple internal and external sources, synthesize and leverage into a coherent picture

• Strong knowledge of SAP, BPC, LPT, and Office applications

• Ability to clearly communicate both orally and in writing

• Strong compliance mind-set and experience

• Knowledge of US GAAP and Canadian GAAP

• Proactive and self-driven
