Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, the incumbent will provide support and produce financial analysis for several business sectors.

- Analyze equipment sales and rental transactions

- Prepare monthly entries for equipment sales and commissions

- Prepare the commissions file to be paid for the payroll department

- Analyze balance sheet accounts relating to equipment

- Analyze commission expenses and other expenses related to equipment.

- Support operations in the interpretation and understanding of financial transactions from the equipment department

- Ensure that financial reports are prepared according to the schedule and established quality standards.

- All other administrative tasks requested

Requirements:

• BAC in accounting or finance and equivalent, relevant experience;
• Minimum of three (3) year experience in similar position;
• Administrative experience in a car dealership would be an asset;
• Advanced knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) et skillful on numeric keypad;
• Bilingual, spoken and written;
• Excellent communication skills; organised; attention to details and focus on accuracy.
