MD Management Limited, a division of Scotia Wealth Management, has an exciting opportunity for a talented, enthusiastic, and client-focused Associate Portfolio Manager (APM) MD Signature Advisor to join our team. As an Associate Portfolio Manager (APM) MD Signature Advisor, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of the MD Signature Advisor in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, MD Signature you will play the key client relationship management role for MD's most affluent clients. You will provide an exceptional financial planning experience by owning end to end client experience and coordinating the MD Signature Team activities as they relate to the client. Your guidance will be based on a holistic understanding of their financial goals and challenges, as well as their personal circumstances. Through focused listening and singular client engagement, you will actively work to help your clients understand the value of your recommendations by taking the time to explain investment options in a way that is meaningful to them. As part of a broader network of MD Signature financial experts, you will coordinate a team approach to deliver comprehensive, customized financial plans and specific investment strategies for clients. You will ensure client needs are pro-actively addressed in alignment with their current financial situation and life stage, as well as their future aspirations, by leveraging your years of experience and partnering with MD Financial Consultants and MD Signature Wealth Strategy Team comprised of MD Signature Advisors, Senior Financial Planners, Incorporation Specialist, Estate and Trust Advisor, Insurance Consultant, and a Taxation Specialist.
