Your responsibilities:

• Establish priorities and investigation plans for analysts, cash management.
• Obtain complete and accurate information on customer problems, provide detailed explanations of recommendations to correct imbalances
• Present the results of investigations and the resolution of imbalances to clients.
• Review and analyze data from cash management systems to ensure quality assurance of transactions and maintain client satisfaction.
• Support the cash management team in risk analysis and make the necessary corrections to deficient processes.
• Assist the finance team in any request related to the financial and budgetary impacts of claims.

Your profile:

• Degree: Bachelor's degree technical experience: 6 to 8 years, including at least 4 years in a cash management department
• Field: Administration, Mathematics, Logistics
• Management experience: 1 to 2 years
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to obtain information from various stakeholders.
• Ability to identify risk is ways to mitigate or eliminate it Ability to delegate and deliver results within the team
• Excellent understanding of cash management processes
• Understanding of the basic concepts of banking management
