About the role
CRO Specialist, Growth Marketing
We are looking for a Specialist, Conversion Optimization (CRO) to join our Growth Marketing team!
Reporting to the Manager, SEO Content Strategy & CRO you will play a key role in leading conversion rate optimization across our websites. The successful candidate will drive the overall digital conversion strategy and execution in partnership with a multifunctional team. This role will be pivotal in how we understand our customers conversion journey, build out test and learn roadmap and use web analytics to optimize digital web experience.
Join our dynamic growth marketing team, driven at a high pace through innovation and a commitment to outperform on all of Intact Financial Corporation's brands. You'll work alongside growth strategists, paid media experts, CRO specialists, SEO content strategists and Marketing Technology.
What you'll do:
Own the optimization roadmap, including AB testing multivariate testing that will lift conversion rates
Develop and implement data-driven conversion rate optimization strategies to improve website performance and increase conversion rates.
Facilitate in-person and virtual ideation workshops with cross-functional teams to generate innovative and impactful growth ideas.
Monitor and analyze website and digital campaign performance using web analytics tools.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gain insights into user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website elements, user flows, and conversion funnels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimization strategies, including marketing, design, and development.
Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement in conversion rates.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in conversion rate optimization.
Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and opportunities for optimization.
Monitor and track the impact of optimization efforts on conversion rates and other relevant metrics.
Promote CRO best practices and the value of iterative improvement among marketing executives and other team members, such as paid marketers, developers, designers, content managers, and external partners.
What you bring:
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with A/B testing, website analytics, and UX conversion strategies and tactics
Understanding of digital marketing acquisition strategies: Google Ads, SEO, and other marketing channels
Experience on industry leading optimization tools like / similar to: Optimizely, Google Optimize, Omniconvert, Unbounce etc
Proficiency with Adobe Target is a plus.
Experience with UX/UI concepts and standard experience with tools like Figma. Ability to visualize acquisition and conversion flows, apply UX/UI concepts, and propose adjustments.
Proficient with ideation techniques through collaboration tools like Miro, Mural.
Understanding of digital marketing acquisition strategies: Google Ads, SEO, and other marketing channels.
Proficiency with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and data visualisation tools, such as Power BI.
Ability to manipulate performance data independently, then interpret and present that data in engaging and meaningful ways.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously within a complex organization.
Well organized, resourceful, able to learn fast and at ease in a fast-paced, changing environment.

What you have:
7 years of digital marketing experience in a performance centric role.
A successful track record of ideating, implementing, and scaling CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) programs.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, administration, product management, design or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
A track record of achieving ambitious targets, leading multiple large-scale projects while respecting timelines.
Pragmatic approach to problem solving using data and customer insights.
Well-versed in design thinking and agile methods and techniques.
Excellent communication with ability to summarize key highlights and present information in simple terms.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
