Job Description:

Sun Life Health is seeking a Digital Marketing Consultant to support communications with and growth of health-care providers on our network. The ideal candidate is analytical, client-centric and has experience executing digital marketing campaigns. Experience working in financial services, health and/or with health-care providers is an asset. The Digital Marketing Consultant will contribute to the growth of our provider network through digital marketing channels. They will support the Director, Provider Engagement & Growth and the Digital Marketing Manager in developing and executing on campaigns that strengthen Sun Life's provider platforms and programs (including Provider Search, Provider eClaims, Sun Life Direct and more). We are looking for detail-oriented, motivated self-starters who will bring initiative and new ideas.

What will you do:

  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in developing provider marketing strategies to support Sun Life's provider platforms and programs

  • Execute on cross-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email, web, digital advertising and more

  • Build marketing automation flows to manage campaigns and use digital tools and templates to build and update html assets

  • Create compelling copy and develop assets that support provider outreach and move providers from users to advocates

  • Monitor and analyze campaign key performance indicators as well as overall campaign results

  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all campaign reporting, including distribution and review with key stakeholders

  • Operationalize reporting and related processes to monitor and assess the success of the campaigns

  • Provide administrative support to the provider marketing team

What do you need to succeed:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing roles

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or related fields (or equivalent university degree or college diploma)

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is an asset (Adobe Campaign and Salesforce preferred)

  • Basic experience in HTML is an asset

  • Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills

  • As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide

  • Strong writing and communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational capabilities

  • Ability to quickly find alternate solutions to challenges

  • Ability to understand complex user journeys

  • Ability to stay focused under conditions of multiple tasks and tight deadlines

  • Self-starter who can work independently

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
