Job Description:
The Business Integration Team connects different parts of the company (business partners) to our Canadian Shared Services (CSS) products and services. You will help with changes and growth of our products and services, supporting from the beginning through launching them.
What will you do?
Lead a team of Change Integration Support Specialists. Manage team members demand, capacity and performance and provide support with integrations
Plan new services and features, decide priorities, and oversee integrations through to completion
Host meetings to show our business partners product changes
Understand business partner needs, offer solutions, and translate solution into user stories and acceptance criteria
Develop processes and tools used for integrations
Apply methods and tools to understand, analyze and create solutions to business problems
Find and execute continuous improvement ideas
Stay informed of technology and tools within the organization and the industry to align with best practices to support an optimum client experience
What do you need to succeed?
As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.
