Manager FP&A leads a team of FP&A financial analysts and is responsible of monitoring, analyze and present the key performance indicators as well as the coordination of the consolidation of the forecast financial information of Alstom Americas. He also leads the continuous improvement of financial processes.

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Coordinate the overall planning processes of the region for the three-year plan and periodic forecast updates;
  • Analyze the region results and trends in relation with the business evolution;
  • Communicate the results effectively to various business partners;
  • Challenge and give some insight for risks and opportunities and variance analysis;
  • Control environment for the indirect cost structure and head count of the region to maximize performance;
  • Develop Action plans to optimise performance and implement corrective actions;
  • Prepare and review financial presentations, reports and analysis for Alstom Americas Senior management and HQ;
  • Provide financial support to his team of Financial analysts and the region Finance Team and guidance to drive performance;
  • Provide all necessary analysis and assistance to the central management team of the regions and HQ as requested

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • CPA designation in accounting (or related Bachelors: finances, business);
  • Have 8-10 years of experiance in Financial planning and analysis or relevant experience;
  • Good understanding of cost classification & reporting;
  • Propose Change and Innovation, Lead Initiatives;
  • Demonstrate Teamwork, Integrity and agility;
  • Reliable and well-organized;
  • Resilience, ability to work under pressure and exposure N+1, N+2;
  • Problem-solving-oriented attitude;
  • Have superior verbal and written communication skills in French and English to communicate with all organizational levels;
  • Have excellent knowledge of MS Office
