Partner Solutions Inc. (PSI), which operates across Canada, was founded in 2000 with the aim of simplifying technology for brokerage firms, enabling them to focus on sales and profitability. Today, PSI employs over 100 professionals in technology, cloud infrastructure, security, telephony, software development, endpoint and help desk. We are currently looking for an "EPM (Endpoint) and Acquisitions Operations Manager" to join our growing team!

What you'll do here:
Develop productive and committed teams, fostering the development of personal and technical skills.
Manage a team of technicians, at various levels, supporting over 6000 customers.
Lead recruitment, mentoring, one-on-one meetings, performance reviews and individual career and development planning.
Manage stakeholders and maintain good relations with internal and external collaborators.
With a view to continuous improvement, develop our environments in line with the company's growth plans.
Keep abreast of new technologies and challenge the status quo.
Analyze employee performance, identify problem areas, design and implement solutions to improve service quality and prevent future problems.
Coordinate certain tasks related to purchasing and product renewals.
Review processes and improvements required.
Oversee training plan.
Inspire and promote collaboration.
Collaborate with your management partners in setting strategies, establishing objectives and performance indicators, defining roadmaps and planning projects.
Anticipate and manage problems and take the necessary steps to resolve them, acting proactively to remove obstacles.
Provide leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with the ability to develop and coach your team to achieve their goals.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Software Engineering or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 5 years' experience in managing a team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Organized and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of O365 environments.
Knowledge of personal lines and/or commercial lines. (Asset)
Express strong leadership and lead by example at all times.
Genuine concern for people.
Demonstrate integrity and managerial courage.
Be a change agent.
Experience of working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Bilingualism required (FR-EN) - For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English speaking colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
