As an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Cash Management/Accounts Receivable Consultant, daily tasks include:
Provide AMS support for Oracle Cloud ERP Cash Management (CM) and Accounts Receivable (AR) modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
Lead implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP CM and AR modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
Review, apply, and test quarterly updates for the CM and AR modules to ensure they remain current.
Manage and execute data migration, conversion, and integration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.
Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of CM and AR functionalities.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.
Design, Build, and Test P2P Reports
Configure and Implement AR/AP Netting process
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
This is a hybrid role and will require 2-3 days per week at your local office.
Here's what you need:
Bachelor's Degree or work experience
1-4 years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Cash Management and/or AR
1-4 years of experience with implementing Oracle Cloud Financials modules
Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Bonus Points If:
Oracle Financials Cloud certifications are a plus.
Intercompany Experience is Plus.
