YOU ARE:

As an Oracle ERP Cloud Functional Lead you will use your strong knowledge and experience on Oracle ERP Cloud- Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Taxes, to provide functional application leadership and "best practices" to clients through all phases of an implementation.

Qualifications

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

  • 7+ years of Oracle ERP experience focused on Financials modules (AP, Cash Management, Expenses and Taxes).

  • Minimum three (3) end to end Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.

  • Experience as a functional lead with at least two of the following Oracle Cloud Financials modules, Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Expenses and Taxes.

  • 2+ years of experience in leading teams, delivering large scale, complex business transformational projects and programs within Oracle ERP.

  • Able to advise and lead on best practice, map business processes to delivered functionality, document requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing.

  • Experience leading workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate) and proven involvement as a project lead preferred.

  • Good understanding of project implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid Agile)

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Resourceful problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

  • Experience reporting to senior client contacts, managing client teams, in addition to on and offsite, and offshore functional and technical teams

  • Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements

  • Ability to meet travel requirement per project needs

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus points if:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a Finance/Accounting professional designation preferred.

  • You have Oracle ERP Cloud Certifications with AP, Cash Mgmt, Taxes or Expenses

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
