Revenue Operations Analyst

🤩 What you'll do

As the Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be a key driver of operational efficiency and alignment across the organization’s revenue-generating teams. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize revenue performance, streamline processes, and provide actionable insights based on data analysis. 

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will focus on enhancing the scalability of revenue processes, aligning business goals with financial data, and supporting the company’s growth in global markets and upcoming AI-driven product offerings.

Your key responsibilities:

Revenue Reporting & Insights: 

• Generate and present detailed revenue performance reports, including pipeline, bookings, and variance analysis. 
• Collaborate with teams to identify risks and growth opportunities.

Data Analysis & Process Improvement: 

• Analyze financial and operational data to uncover trends and recommend performance improvements. 
• Streamline revenue processes and implement best practices for scalability.

Forecasting & Budgeting:

• Support the creation of accurate monthly revenue forecasts and annual sales budgets.
• Align financial metrics with corporate goals and key KPIs, including MRR and churn.

Technology Integration: Assist in managing tools like Salesforce and Planhat to ensure seamless integration and efficiency.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure revenue-related processes align with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

🎯 What you'll need

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a revenue operations, financial analysis, or similar role, ideally within the tech industry.
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You understand IFRS revenue recognition principles for software.
• You are highly skilled in Excel, with expertise in advanced functions, data analysis, and reporting.
• You bring a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• You are experienced in CRM tools; knowing Salesforce is a huge plus.
• You excel in working cross-functionally, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive results.
• You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reporting and documentation.
• You possess excellent communication skills, able to translate data findings into clear, impactful recommendations for leadership.
