About the role

Our growing team is looking for a Security Advisor Specialist PAM - CyberArk & HashiCorp!

What you'll do:

  • Act as a cybersecurity advocate by providing advice and guidance to our stakeholders to promote and encourage compliance with corporate cybersecurity policies and standards, as well as industry frameworks and best practices.

  • Participate in the configuration and deployment of privileged access management (PAM) services and platforms, such as CyberArk Privileged Cloud, CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager, WPM, EPM.

  • Support password and passphrase management solutions (CyberArk Credential Provider, HashiCorp).

  • Collaborate with various IT (Cloud, DevOps, Infra, etc.) and information security (IIQ, IR, etc.) teams to design and operationalize platforms, processes and procedures to protect privileged accounts and credentials.

  • Build the privileged access management infrastructure (middleware and connectors) into an existing system to integrate (or migrate) applications to the CyberArk platform.

  • Troubleshoot network and firewall issues to resolve problems related to the integration of the privileged access management platform.

  • Collaborate with providers to establish privileged access management strategies and extend the scope of platform integration.

  • Provide after-hours support, if necessary, to ensure high availability of privileged access management platforms.

  • Deploy new versions and patches on the platform.

  • Help identify process efficiencies and contribute to their automation.

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, or equivalent education and experience.

  • Minimum five years of relevant experience in information technology along with three years of work experience in cybersecurity or identity and access management (IAM).

  • Experience with the configuration, integration, and deployment of IAM platforms such as CyberArk, Hashicorp, Sailpoint, BeyondTrust, etc.

  • Certificates that demonstrate a mastery of information security skills, such as Cyberark Defender, Cyberark Sentry, CyberArk Guardian.

  • Demonstrated commitment to training, self-learning and maintaining proficiency in the technical field of cybersecurity.

  • Experience working in an Agile environment.

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work within a multidisciplinary IT team environment.

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
