About the team

Strategy and Business Design (SBD) team works with the world's leading and most ambitious corporations, governments and social sector organizations to address issues that are most important to them—often working to resolve the highest-order strategic choices that fundamentally affect the future direction of their organizations.

The Government and Public Sector SBD team helps agencies, ministries/departments, and para governmental organizations across the country solve their most complex challenges. We not only bring our clients the insight and unconventional thinking that help them form strategies to anticipate risk and respond to change — we also use our experience and knowledge to help them bring those strategies to life.

SBD's team brings deep expertise across a diversity of industries and content areas to help clients address top management issues involving corporate / business unit strategy, customer strategy, innovation, and business transformation in the form of process redesign, cost optimization programs, and implementation of strategic initiatives. Across all of these areas, we help organizations with change management and build leadership competencies within our clients.
