About the role

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing and Creative Content Strategist to join our dynamic team for a highly strategic project aimed at increasing app adoption. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing and content strategies for various IFC brands. This person has a proven track record in efficiently building and deploying effective marketing tactics in fast-paced environments. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative flair, and hands-on content creation skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns, creating visually compelling and engaging content, and providing strategic insights to drive app adoption and engagement. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager of Intact App.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and content strategies to drive traffic to our apps and significantly increasing app adoption, usage and engagement.
  • Content creation: Produce high-quality visual and compelling copy for various digital communication channels, including email marketing, social media, website, landing pages and online ads.
  • Brand alignment: Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels, maintaining the brands’ voice and tone.
  • Campaign Management and Performance: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns from inception to completion. Monitor and analyze campaign performance. Use data to refine strategies and segmentation, optimize tests, and improve campaigns’ performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and objectives, including project team, product development, and marketing units to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, content creation, and digital media. Bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • High level of creativity and innovative thinking.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Superior organizational and project leadership skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and platforms, as well as project management tools.
  • Demonstrates teamwork and initiative in a dynamic setting.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Intellectually curious and goal-oriented, constantly seeking new knowledge and ways to achieve excellence.
  • Ability to present ideas to senior management.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
