The Network & Technology Services (NTS) Finance team is seeking a highly

motivated Senior Finance Manager who strives to excel in a fast-paced environment!

The NTS Finance team is responsible for financial planning and reporting activities and supports both the Technology Services (TS) executive team and the Finance executive team. The TS finance team works closely with various finance teams, stakeholders and the controllers' organization to deliver insightful financial information and analysis to influence decision-making and drive greater profitability, while ensuring financial integrity.

The Senior Manager, will be
responsible for supporting the evolution of the Global Technology Services (GTC) India site, AGB program, as well as the development of Key Performance Indicator's and assisting business partners in optimizing costs. The individual will lead the team to support these initiatives, leverage large data sets to develop meaningful insights to enable increased insight to cost structure, augment forecasting accuracy, and ideate cost savings strategies and synergies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to deliver on GTC, AGB and cost objectives
  • Assist in financial deep dives and ad-hoc projects in order to provide enhanced, value-added financial analysis and insights to drive improved financial & business performance
  • Prepare presentation decks with financial analysis for Executives
  • Tracking of financial and metrics performance, scorecards
  • Support the financial planning process for budget, in-year forecasts, and long-range planning for elements of the Technology Services BU
  • Manage relationships with other internal finance teams, business partners, and subsidiaries
  • Identify opportunities to streamline planning processes to improve both speed and accuracy

Critical Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably with a professional designation.
  • proven ability to provide strategic, analytical and critical insight. Keen ability to organize and synthesize large amounts of information to facilitate the decision-making process for the senior management team.
  • Knowledge of SAP & BPC
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues and tasks through to resolution
  • Relentless attention to detail and accuracy
  • Constantly striving to improve deliverables - demonstrate flexibility and ingenuity to deliver results within tight deadlines, often in a constantly changing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills. Proven ability to engage and motivate the team and recognized as a valued business partner.
  • Ability to successfully diagnose business problems, resolve issues and deliver solutions in a timely manner
  • Agile, responsive, curious, pro-active and resourceful.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Results oriented & innovative
