Job Title: Solution Advisor Senior Specialist - Finance

Location: SAP Montreal office

What you'll do:

As the Solution Advisor Senior Specialist - Finance (SA), you will be the go-to person for any Finance solution or Finance product questions within the Midwest sales team. You will leverage your deep expertise in specific solutions to support the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to post-sale customer support. Additionally, you will assist customers in expanding their current SAP footprint to maximize value for their organization.

Provide deep solution-specific expertise to support new sales and adoption for key customers
Provide both standard and customized/personalized solution demonstrations that bring SAP solutions to life and show customers the value of SAP.
Support the Account Team by delivering solution presentations and events to identify and qualify new opportunities and drive adoption and consumption of SAP solutions
Evaluate account qualification criteria to determine further investment in pursuing opportunities
Establish yourself as a thought leader within the account team and fine-tune account strategy
Collaborate with the team in creating overall themes and competitive differentiation
Conduct vigorous dry runs on strategic deals and customer engagements
Transition engagement to implementation partner/ Services teams effectively
Engage with customers to continue selling the vision of SAP solutions and ensure eagerness for renewal
Leverage digital assets throughout the customer engagement, including demos, presentations, and other content

What you bring:

Professional experience with large software/IT organizations, preferably in a solution-specific segment
SAP product experience and/or 5+ years of relevant solutions/Lines of Business experience
Relevant SAP Finance experience
Working knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, and Software as a Service/Platform as a Service models in the Business-to-Business Environment
Viewed as a solutions/Lines of Business/Industry expert across SAP with a track record of success
Focus on creating compelling storylines and themes for customer interactions
Ability to quickly understand customer business goals and ensure they are at the center of recommended solutions
Passion and energy in all customer interactions

En qualité de Spécialiste senior en conseil pour les solutions - Finance (SA), vous serez la personne de référence pour toutes les questions portant sur une solution ou un produit en lien avec la Finance au sein de l'équipe commerciale de la région Midwest. Vous mettrez à profit votre profonde expertise dans les solutions spécifiques pour soutenir l'intégralité du cycle de vente, de l'identification des opportunités au service client après-vente. En outre, vous aiderez les clients à renforcer la présence de SAP dans leur infrastructure actuelle en vue de créer un maximum de valeur pour leur organisation.

Favoriser les nouvelles ventes et adoptions pour les clients clés en apportant sa profonde expertise spécifique aux solutions
Effectuer des démonstrations de solutions standard et personnalisées qui donnent vie aux solutions SAP et présentent aux clients la valeur de SAP
Aider l'équipe de compte à effectuer des présentations de solutions et à organiser des événements pour identifier et définir les nouvelles opportunités, ainsi que pour favoriser l'adoption et la consommation des solutions SAP
Évaluer les critères de qualification de comptes pour déterminer les investissements ultérieurs nécessaires à la poursuite des opportunités
S'imposer comme leader éclairé au sein de l'équipe de compte et affiner la stratégie de gestion des comptes
Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe pour élaborer une différenciation globale avec des thèmes globaux
Mener des essais et validations poussés sur les transactions et relations client stratégiques
Assurer la transmission efficace des relations client aux équipes de services/partenaires d'implémentation
Échanger avec les clients pour continuer à promouvoir la vision des solutions SAP et s'assurer de leur intention de renouveler leurs abonnements
Exploiter les ressources numériques tout au long de la relation client, y compris les démonstrations, les présentations et les autres contenus

Votre profil :

Expérience professionnelle dans des grandes organisations de logiciels/informatiques, de préférence dans un segment spécifiquement axé sur les solutions
Expérience des produits SAP et/ou 5 ans ou plus d'expérience pertinente des solutions/du secteur d'activité.
Expérience pertinente dans la finance SAP
Connaissances opérationnelles du Cloud, des services hébergés et des SaaS/PaaS comme modèles dans l'environnement interentreprise
Expert reconnu des solutions/du secteur d'activité/de la branche chez SAP et doté d'une expérience avérée
Attention portée à l'élaboration de scénarios et de thèmes pour les interactions avec les clients
Capacité à comprendre les objectifs commerciaux des clients, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient au centre des solutions recommandées
Passion et énergie dans toutes les interactions avec les clients

Votre équipe :

Porte-parole des clients : travailler en collaboration pour développer l'expertise en solutions et aider les clients
Création de contenus numériques globaux : exploiter les ressources numériques créées par l'équipe tout au long de la relation client
Partenaire d'implémentation/Services client et livraison : assurer la transmission efficace des relations client pour garantir un déploiement réussi et la valeur ajoutée par les solutions
Équipes de comptes SAP : partager les meilleures pratiques et travailler en collaboration pour assurer une prise en charge des solutions et services tout au long du parcours client

The targeted combined range for this position is 127,000 - 269,100 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
