The location in Montreal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of Specialist, Supplier Compliance. This job is full-time permanent.

Your challenge:

You will be responsible of the activities to implement contract pricing strategy to ensure compliance within the operation.

More specifically, you will focus on the following aspects:

• Operational management

• Initiate contract pricing review with suppliers.

• Analyze, implement and measure contract pricing compliance within procurement operation.

• Work with buyers to optimize the automation and compliance with contract implementation strategies.

• Keep the Manager, Procurement & shared services, informed on the initiatives set in motion to improve and document compliance processes.

• Responsible for compiling of monthly KPI's and developing corrective plan when necessary.

Your team:

As an active member of the Procurement, Shared services department you will work closely with Buyers, Supply Chain specialist. You will report to the Senior Manager, Procurement and Shared services.

Your profile:

  • College Diploma (DEC) in logistics, operations management, production management.
  • Experience in procurement activity or purchasing.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP/MRP systems

Your skills:

  • Communication skills (spoken and written) in both official languages.
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and cooperate with others to achieve result.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
  • Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software.
