Job Description:
Role Summary:
Fraud risk management is increasingly important to Plan Sponsors. As an integral member of the management team, in this role as Team Leader, Fraud Risk Management Unit (FRM) you're accountable for leadership of a team of investigative analysts who conduct initial risk assessments and administrative tasks. You'll work in close partnership with other FRM leaders to ensure the successful delivery of all business objectives. The incumbent will play a key role in contributing to the setting and prioritizing of operational and change initiatives to leverage existing processes, technologies and our people to meet current and future business needs. The incumbent will also be accountable to develop business partnerships with areas that support the team and service delivery such as Customer Care Centre, Group Health & Dental (H & D) Claims, Business Analytics, and the Fraud Intelligence Analysts.
With the need to continuously adapt and evolve the incumbent will be responsible for leading changes while maintaining day to day delivery of service.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.
