Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your financial management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates. You'll provide indispensable financial oversight and support to ensure the success of our projects at the Saint-Bruno site. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Purchasing, Production), schedule and lead cross-departmental meetings for financial accuracy, and much more.

We'll look to you for:

• Financial Partnership: Act as a dedicated finance partner to Project Managers and support project functions throughout the project lifecycle.,

• Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate with project teams to prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports in line with Alstom's standards.,

• Cross-Department Coordination: Lead regular meetings with departments like Engineering, Purchasing, and Production to generate accurate project financial information.,

• Cost Management: Document and monitor project cost commitments, ensuring the accuracy of actuals and cost-to-completion estimates on a monthly basis.,

• Cash Management: Manage customer invoicing, VAT, receivables, payment control, and cash flow, coordinating with treasury for hedging activities and bond sureties.,

• Balance Sheet Oversight: Manage contract-related balance sheet items, including inventory, advance payments, receivables, and warranty provisions.,

• Budget Management: Maintain budget and forecast figures, analyze variances, and provide commentary on Sales POC, Margin, Free Cash Flow, Risks & Opportunities, and Contingencies.,

• Process Compliance: Implement robust financial processes and internal controls, ensuring compliance with Delegation of Authority (DoA).,

• Management Reporting: Provide reliable financial data for management decision-making and contribute to ad-hoc reporting on projects.,

Nous recherchons un Finance Project Manager compétent pour superviser un portefeuille de projets sur notre site de Saint-Bruno. Ce rôle essentiel est idéal pour une personne qui s'épanouit dans un environnement collaboratif et qui s'engage à fournir une supervision financière exceptionnelle.

Vos Responsabilités :

• Partenariat Financier : Apporter un soutien aux Project Managers et aux autres fonctions de projet, en agissant comme un partenaire financier dédié tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
• Reporting et Analyse : Collaborer avec les équipes de projet pour préparer des rapports complets pour les revues mensuelles des projets financiers conformément aux normes d'Alstom.
• Coordination Interdépartementale : Planifier et diriger des réunions régulières avec divers départements (Ingénierie, Achats, Production, etc.) pour garantir la génération précise des informations financières du projet.
• Gestion des Coûts : S'assurer de l'exactitude des coûts réels et des estimations de coûts à l'achèvement, en documentant et en surveillant méticuleusement les engagements financiers du projet sur une base mensuelle.
• Gestion de Trésorerie : Superviser des aspects financiers critiques, y compris la facturation client, la gestion de la TVA, les créances, le contrôle des paiements et la gestion des flux de trésorerie, en coordination avec la trésorerie pour les activités de couverture et les garanties (lettres de crédit, garanties bancaires).
• Supervision du Bilan : Examiner et gérer les éléments du bilan liés aux contrats, y compris les niveaux de stocks, les paiements anticipés, les comptes clients et les provisions de garantie.
• Gestion du Budget : Élaborer et maintenir les chiffres de budget et de prévision, analyser les écarts entre le budget, les prévisions et les chiffres réels, et fournir des commentaires éclairants axés sur les POC de vente, la marge, le flux de trésorerie libre, les risques et opportunités, et les imprévus.
• Conformité des Processus : S'assurer de la mise en œuvre de processus financiers robustes et de contrôles internes, y compris la délégation d'autorité (DoA), et garantir la conformité à tout moment.
• Reporting de Gestion : Fournir des données financières fiables pour aider la direction dans la prise de décisions et contribuer à des rapports ad hoc sur les projets, y compris des enquêtes spéciales sur les problèmes émergents.

Ce Que Vous Apportez :

Qualifications Minimales :

• Un diplôme de Bachelor en Finance ou Comptabilité.
• Une première expérience en finance ; une expérience en audit ou en opérations de projet est avantageuse.
• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, état d'esprit collaboratif et maîtrise de MS Excel (la connaissance de SAP est considérée comme un plus).

Qualifications Désirables :

• Une qualification professionnelle en comptabilité est un atout.
• Une expérience préalable dans l'industrie ferroviaire ou dans des entreprises de projets industriels est préférable.
