Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, you will:

  • Conduct detailed revenue, expense, and balance sheet analyses to support organizational leaders.
  • Lead the preparation of the annual budget and rolling forecasts.
  • Perform monthly variance analyses, identifying risks and opportunities with actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee margin analysis, focusing on product profitability and proposing improvement strategies.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to drive performance across the organization.
  • Act as the primary liaison for business partners regarding budget tracking and financial insights.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team during month-end close to resolve discrepancies.
  • Enhance the organization’s costing system for greater operational efficiency.

We’re looking for a candidate with:

  • A university degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA designation preferred)
  • Over 3 years of experience in financial planning or a similar analytical role
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English
  • Expertise in Excel
  • Deep understanding of ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication abilities to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
