About the role

As part of the National Real Estate team, this position provides support to the Operational and Finance Management in the planning, control, and analysis of our national real estate portfolio.

What you'll do here:

  • Assist or support in initiatives to promote growth and contribute to the success of the department and region

  • Develop, produce, and maintain various operational reports

  • Conduct detailed business analysis, outlining areas of opportunity and recommending business solutions

  • Find and present new technical solutions for improving processes by collaborating with various departments

  • Support various projects and conduct cost-benefit analysis

  • Identify ways to improve and automate reports to find efficiencies

  • Transfer data insights into management presentations

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum 3-year experience in business analytics: data visualization tools, Business Intelligence and Power Automate

  • Advanced technical proficiency: Office 365, Advanced Formulas, Data Modeling, Pivot Tables, PowerBI or Tableau - is required

  • Data and business analysis abilities / working with graphs and charts

  • Presentation skills, ability to support & influence the decision-making process and work with various levels of management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Innovative and creative thinking

  • Ability to balance work tasks with agility

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Self starter, work independently and as part of a team

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
