We are looking for a specialized accounting and administration officer. The selected individual will be dynamic, organized, and versatile, and will join the New Product Development Center of Expertise (NPD CoE) team. As a member of the Support team, you will assist the department head with a range of tasks, from analyzing specific financial data to providing general administrative support to the team.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Assess the eligibility of incurred expenses to provide reliable data for the preparation of the tax claim.
  • Analyze various reports and databases to ensure the accuracy of the data. If needed, communicate with the various departments to make the necessary corrections.
  • Support the preparation of budgets and the monitoring of monthly expenses and forecasts.
  • Actively participate in documenting various processes, and contribute ideas to improve and make them more efficient.
  • Support the consultant management team in the administration of the full accounting cycle (purchase orders, invoice receipt, client charges, etc.).
  • Manage internal communications.
  • Assist new and existing employees with diverse administrative needs.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A diploma or certificate in administration, office management, accounting, or any other relevant field. Any equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered if related to the job.
  • A determination to meet goals and deliver high-quality work.
  • An ability to clearly share your ideas, ensuring that everyone understands the important details.
  • Persistence and resilience in the face of daily challenges.
  • A professional curiosity and great versatility.
  • The ability to communicate in French.
