The bigger picture

We’re looking for an agile and passionate individual who is looking to develop their leadership skills, to come on board as our temporary full-time Financial Services Supervisor at our branch in Assiniboia, Saskatchewan. In this role you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, coaching, and empowering a team of Financial Services Representatives (FSRs) who will in turn deliver a world-class experience to our valued members. This temporary contract will end January 2027.

How you’ll be spending your time

• Leading a team of Financial Services Representatives (frontline tellers)
• Helping the team achieve personal, departmental, and organizational goals
• Providing regular and ongoing observational coaching, assisting with goal setting, and conducting performance reviews for all team members
• Actively participating in the development, monitoring, and adherence to Conexus targets, goals, and budgets

The experience you bring

• Direct experience with customer service
• Formal or informal leadership exposure
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex issues, such as resolving member complaints or system errors
• Experience with branch operations and retail compliance requirements
• Must be comfortable in establishing and evaluating performance standards, making independent decisions, and coaching others to solve problems.

Salary Range

$56,540 - $70,670 with a 7% Short Term Incentive Target
