The bigger picture

We're seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Part-Time Financial Service Representative (3 to 4 days per week) at our Lumsden branch. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our members, providing essential banking services and products to meet their day-to-day needs. This position also includes opportunities to support our Bethune location, so some travel will be required. How you'll be spending your time

• Providing members with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and much more.
• Proactively identifying and responding to members' needs to improve their financial well-being.
• Learning additional aspects of branch actions from opening accounts and wire transfers, to completing simple credit card applications - to help fill in any gaps daily.
• Refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships.

Salary and Hourly Range

• $21.49 - $25.28 with 6% Short Term Incentive Target
