Reports to: Head of Sales - Digital Distribution, Analytics, and Events
VettaFi’s Digital Distribution is a culmination of three well-established brands: ETF Trends, ETF Database, and Advisor Perspectives. The Digital Distribution team is a platform of capabilities that intelligently connects investment issuers with advisors. Firms augment or fully outsource their sales & marketing efforts to VettaFi to amplify the investment messaging with the focus on growing their business through the Advisor community. It’s an elegant combination of digital media and financial services.
This is an entry level Sales position with a focus on working with our Enterprise Sellers of TMX VettaFi in building lists of potential partners, and initiating contact with those partners with custom outreach and proposals that are tailored to our value proposition.
The role is ideal for a candidate who is recently graduated with a focus in business that wants to delve into the world of asset management, marketing, and how to connect and scale partners in the asset management industry using TMX VettaFi's content and distribution services.
Key Accountabilities:
Meet and exceed annual revenue targets by maintaining a clean, full sales pipeline of opportunities with both new prospects and existing clients.
Maintain daily activities around Prospecting & New Logo engagement.
Manage and coordinate sales process, including sourcing new opportunities, conceiving, and presenting unique solutions to meet client needs.
Work with your Senior Sales Director in a Territory that is a team Goal.
Coordinate all prospect meetings, client presentations, and support RFP activities and any other sales activities related to growing the business.
Act as a conduit between the clients and Digital Distribution Product Management team.
Collaborate with peers to share insights and assist in cross-sell opportunities.

Must haves:
A self-starter with a stellar sales track record, a strategic approach to sales, and an ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Undergraduate degree, with introductory or intermediate sales or sales adjacent experience.
A team-oriented sales professional with extensive knowledge of the digital media, the financial services industry, as well as of key industry trends across the asset management and financial advisor market.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as an interest in negotiation and persuasion.

Prior use of Salesforce
Location for this position is flexible and travel may be required.
Hybrid Role - must reside in one of the following locations mentioned below:
