Role Summary:

This position is responsible for the coordination of Air North, Yukon's Airline flight crew, flight attendants, maintenance, and aircraft schedule to ensure the overall smooth operation of the Company's fleet.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain flight and crew scheduling systems
  • Schedule aircraft
  • Tracking Pilot duty hours to ensure compliancy
  • Liaise closely with other flight operations teams for optimum performance
  • Ensure timely and consistent responses to requests from other departments
  • Review and approve time sheets

Must haves:

  • Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Efficient and meticulous completion of administrative duties
  • A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that's through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support
  • Must be a legally entitled to work in Canada

Nice to haves:

  • Knowledge of aviation industry is an asset
  • Administrative experience
